I am a practitioner and teacher with over 13 years of professional experience in the therapeutic and healing arts, specialising in body, facial, energy and breath work.  In a confidential, calm and supportive environment, you can feel assured that your best interests are at the heart of my practice whether you are seeking:

Each of my treatments can be experienced in their own right but I may combine my broad spectrum of skills if I feel they will help you gain the best results. 

I have a particular interest in stress and tension, chronic fatigue, panic attacks and low self-esteem but this is not exclusive, and if you have a particular condition or life issue you wish to address and would like some impartial help and advice, you are welcome to contact me.  

My practice is based in my tranquil garden studio in Billingshurst, West Sussex and at the Dulwich Therapy Rooms in London.  I am a member of the Complementary Medical Association.
